Herbal Tonics
The Herbal Tonics come in four blends that support the body for cold and flu season. Each tonic is infused with herbs, spices, vitamins, and roots to soothe, energize, or relieve symptoms. Herbal tonics also double as a pre & probiotic.
Elderberry Tonic - is infused with berries, citrus, cinnamon. This tonic is beneficial for head and chest congestion as well as assisting with minerals for the heart/gut (Root, Sacral, Solar, Heart, Throat Chakra).
Breathe Tonic - is infused with mullein, thyme, eucalyptus, warming roots, and a little heat for circulation. This tonic is beneficial for upper respiratory relief (Throat and Sacral Chakra).
Inflammation Tonic - is infused with nothing but HEAT and vitamins to assist with an aching body (Root Chakra).
Energy Tonic - is infused with moringa and citrus. This tonic is full of vitamins and minerals to fuel the body throughout the day (Heart and Solar Plexus).

Sessions and Courses:
One on one sessions are limited on time depending on package of choice so be prepared to address what’s concerning you about your health. These sessions are confidential and paperwork must be signed prior to a session. If the paperwork isn’t returned by the scheduled session then the session will not proceed.

Courses are digital and non-refundable. Once you’ve gone through a course, taken necessary notes, and still have some areas that need clarifying a one on one session will be available to you for further guidance.
