If your package is lost or stolen before it arrives to destination, we’re here to help!


You have 10 calendar days to notify customer service from the date you are supposed to receive it.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • Have proof of purchase. The order number will be needed.
  • Give customer service 48 hours to file a claim with the carrier. If the process takes longer customer service will be in touch.
  • If the package cannot be located by the carrier via tracking then a replacement will be issued.


If the package is returned to sender which is Modern Day Boutique. Shipping is non-refundable.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the status of the returned item(s).

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for a return and are a final sale for hygienic reasons & the safety of our clients: pierced products (such as earrings), hair accessories, cosmetic products, intimate goods including bathing suits, undergarments, and hosiery along with any shipping fees, gift cards, sale items, and clearance and digital products . We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.


Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund it's only due to placing a double order.
