Blue Eye Shadow Tutorial

In this tutorial, I'll be showing you how to do a blue eye shadow look. Blue can be one of those colors that most women would not want to wear. Blue can be a little intimidating because it is not an everyday eye shadow and most think that it is not for every complexion.

Here is another way to look at it, there are different hues of blue just like neutral shades. You have to find what hue of blue that works for your complexion just like neutrals.

Colorful eye shadow does not have to be a life discussion when it comes to playing in colors but it should be satisfying.
