Classic Trend: Red Lip for All Skin Tones

Hey there, hey there, Queens! Happy Wednesday! And if your hump day is not getting off to a good start then I hope that reading this brightens your day. You know I had to dress it up and make it pretty for ya. Yes, I'm talking about Milani's Matte red lipstick in Iconic. Like any other lipstick we've all had our questionable moments but, this is one brand that has me hooked even before I knew who and what Milani was. This red lipstick is for all skin tones from the darkest to the fairest. Plus, will you look at my teeth! I'm not saying they are hideous but my teeth look like pearl white chicklets. What I'm trying to say ladies is, if you don't own a tube of red lip stick you should at least step out of your comfort zone and try something new. The reason why I like this brand of lipstick is because the consistency is creamy which means it's not over dying on the lips. Secondly, I love the color red with my skin tone (this is how you choose your shade). This is the third tube of red lipstick that I have; Best Red and Iconic by Milani, Hot Passion by Covergirl. If you're in doubt of how bright the shade may come off use a brown or black lip liner to darken it up preferable brown. Simply, because black lip liner went out in the 90's.
