A Community Of Bloggers: "Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone!" Jumper | Ross - Accessories | Walmart - Shoes | BurkesIt took me 2 years of being frustrated with my business and blogging for me to say, “Okay, I can’t do this on my own. I need to learn what I’m doing wrong and I need help.” I was ready to stop being comfortable with what wasn’t happening. Business was slow and I had a blog that wasn’t going anywhere because I didn’t know how to incorporate the two. I didn’t think anyone would response to what I had to say about growing up poor in the projects as a child and how I was on the verge of making it. That all changed. Over the weekend, I attended an event full of veteran bloggers and It made me feel as if I finally was in the right place at the right time and with the right people. Yes, it’s cliché but it happens you just have to pay attention. I’m saying finally because I did two previous events over the course of the years as a vendor and It felt very unwelcoming. It was defiantly a learning experience. However, this event empowered me to keep going outside of my comfort zone. Where there’s new people, places, and plenty of open doors with new experiences.
