Welcome back Queens! Its that time of the year where a lot of us beauties make mistakes with their daily makeup routines including myself. This is why beauty on a budget has been a huge part of Modern Day Confidence so let's get into this post. Lip Liner: A Girl's Best Friend! Spring is all about pastel colors from our wardrobes to our makeup kits and matte lipsticks can't be resisted. However, we tend to just wear the lipstick naked and that is a no-no as you can see. The lipstick is caking up in the middle and it makes my lips look thinner then what they are. This is not cute and don't let your girl friends tell you it is. Here is what you can do; Get a neutral lip liner (because lip liners are our best friends) and line the perimeter of your lips. Be sure to blot because you don't want harsh lines and put a little gloss in the center of your lips to prevent caking.
