Late Newbie Natural Monday Post: Product Review/Eden Body Works
Late Newbie Natural Monday Post: Product Review/Eden Body Works As always during the weekend, I try super hard to keep the same wash day but its becoming very difficult because those are the days where I take the time to relax and reflect. However, I did need some more haircare products and I wanted to try something new. So, I went to Sally's Beauty Supply looking for Alikay Naturals but there was only three products from that brand on the shelves. I was in desperate need of shampoo and deep conditioner so I continued to look. As I was looking, Eden Body Works caught my eye and I didn't hesitate to purchase this brand because its founded by 13-year-old Jasmine Lawrence. How inspiring is that? As for the produces, the Peppermint Tea Tree Shampoo was very stimulating to my scalp and it cleansed very well. I was able to use a generous amount of shampoo and finger detangle all while shampooing. To be honest, I've had many shampoos to clean my hair very well but I've never been able to finger detangle with a shampoo before and I was very impressed by this. The Jojoba Monoi Deep Conditioner is thick enough to coat the hair without weighing it down. My curls were very defined, soft, and manageable. If these products came from grandma's recipes you can definitely tell.
